About the event
We invite you to our series of Herbal care & Yoga workshops to pause at the Presence of nature. The workshops are facilitated by Margarida Monchique Miguêns, al-kīmiyā Natural Medicine & Anni Oliveira, Quinta Shiva. During the day, we will immerse ourselves with the beautiful Alentejo nature. We will use 100% natural and local ingredients, such as olive oil from the very trees that surround us. You will take top quality herbal care products home with you, that are suitable for all family members. Moreover, we will have a recharging and harmonising yoga practice, inviting us to pause at the present moment. The workshops include a delicious lunch and a tea break for all senses.
